North Face Mechanical has a formal safety program and is monitored by a full time safety manager. The goal of the safety program is “zero” work place accidents.  The message from top management thru field technicians- Safety is a responsibility assumed by all on the job.  To assure all OSHA requirements are met and exceeded, the Safety Director makes periodic job site inspections.  North Face has extensive safety training, and education of “safe workplace” practices, incident investigations, safety bulletins and random job site inspection, to insure compliance with the maximum safety of their employees.
